Practice management
We analyze the current status of the practice, number of employees, operation management, patients processing, from scheduling to “no shows” in an effort to boost revenue. We take a look at existing contracts, at health plans and figure out reimbursement rate to create projections.
We monitor the doctors’ practice, determine goals (e.g. how many patients to see so that they can not only break even, but make a profit).

Coaching
We look at the size and skillset of the staff, the tools that the employer uses to process patients. We create protocols of health plan determination. Teach employees to understand benefits and eligibility with all health plans.
We monitor the funds collected, which patients paid and who hasn’t, and determine who needs to schedule for another appointment or refer the patients back to PCP (primary care physicians) for continuity of care.

Business Development

We meet with doctors to discuss future growth and how we will get there. We aim to grow the business by number of patience seen, allocation of human recourses with the goal to increase efficiency of the practice while lowering the risk to ZERO.
If you see too many patients you can miss things. We increase the quality as we increase the quantity (e.g. hiring the right people for effective growth strategy).

We are an extension to the doctors’ offices. That allows the doctor to decrease their overhead, and allows staff to stay more focus on patient care.

From sending the bill to processing the payment we can handle it all.
Paid by performance (fee based on performance and results).

Human Resources

We screen ad recruit staff for the physicians. We assist with the legalities of the employer vs. employee. We implement office protocols to adhere the needs of the practice. We assist with policies and procedures (for example if someone calls in sick) and we create protocols (e.g. how to schedule a patient).

Credentialing / Contracts

We make sure the providers are all up to date with their credentialing with state, federal and health plans. Once this is done we stay current.

This process allows the practices to receive more incoming referrals from the PCP’s to assist them with needs of the community. Further more it allows us to determine the income of the practice.

Practice Assist – Score Cards

Looking at financials (accounts payables & accounts receivables) to determine goals. We evaluate the number of visits and procedures and give advice on which health plans are good and which ones need to be renegotiated.
This allows us to develop projections based on the practice’s workload.
